Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kiabi account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization code.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all price tags and labels are intact, and include the original invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  Our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your doorstep at a time that suits your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit within 7-10 business days.
